Bo Brewer
Bo is 29 years old and resides in Jonesboro Arkansas. He began duck hunting when he was only 11 years old in the public timber of Bayou Meto. He got his start in the waterfowl industry in 1996 as a retriever trainer for one of the largest retriever training facilities in central Arkansas. He also guided for a 5,000 acre private club in the Stuttgart area from 1998-2001. He then moved to Northeast Arkansas to obtain a Bachelors degree in photojournalism at Arkansas State University while continuing to professionally train retrievers in the Jonesboro area.
Due to his passion for dogs and the retriever training sport, Bo's primary living continues to be retriever training. He is the founder and owner of Ridgemark Retrievers a full time retriever training facility dedicated to duck dog and hunt test training for clients all over the United States. He is also the co-owner of Falling Feather Outdoors and Bustin-Geese Outfitters and a member of the RNT prostaff.

TJ Hedge
TJ resides in Paragould Arkansas with his wife and two kids. Paragould is located in the Northeast corner of the state near the duck rich 32,000 acre Black River Bottoms.
TJ was introduced to duck hunting by a family friend when he was 15 years old, needless to say he has been hooked every since. While his friends were at the lake during the summer, he was at Black River walking the woods trying to figure out what the old timers knew about the bottoms that he didn't. His success in the duck woods soon helped turn his passion for duck hunting into part of his career. In less than four years after his first hunt, he began meeting his customers at the boat landings each morning to go on guided hunts with him. Although guiding is no longer allowed on public grounds TJ still hunts every day.
When TJ is not chasing ducks and geese he can be found helping run the family car dealership. He is also co-owner of Bustin-Geese Outfitters and Falling Feather Outdoors.
TJ usually starts his season off in Manitoba Canada for geese and ducks in late September and then it is back home to get things ready for the upcoming duck season followed by the spring snow goose season.
TJ is a member of the RNT prostaff and brings extensive knowledge to waterfowling in the green timber of Arkansas. He also devotes a large portion of time in the fields hunting specklebelly geese during the season.
